Through a combination of teachings, self-reflection, and discussions, students acquire a diverse skill set in high-performance techniques, encompassing goal setting, time management, and execution. This course empowers students to craft their personalized action plans, facilitating the attainment of specific goals and, ultimately, contributing to their broader life and career objectives.
