Evening MBA Program:

The Evening MBA Program is designed for the working adult and provides an innovative, collaborative workspace driven by Performance Learning and diverse student cohorts. Our curriculum promotes your mastery of business concepts while teaching you to think like an executive. The program provides a competitive advantage in todays’ challenging business economy, where competition is fierce and performance is crucial.

A new cohort in the Evening MBA Program begins every January and can be completed in 17 months. Classes meet in the evening, two nights per week.

The Organizational Leadership (OL) certificate is designed to help students become a leader in the workforce. Students will gain a foundation in management theory, organizational development, change management, the application of data, and more.

Students completing the MBA with the OL Certificate will complete the ten core courses (listed above) and the following four courses (12 credits):

• MB 570 - Leading & Changing Organizations Credit(s): 3
• MB 580 - Strategic Resources Management Credit(s): 3
• MB 587 - Seminar in Business Topics Credit(s): 3
