IN 140 - Millikin Foundations Credit(s): 3.00 First semester freshman year: Millikin Foundations is a course designed to facilitate the transition from high school to college. It provides the knowledge and skills students need to be successful and engaged members of the Big Blue community. Topics vary across sections. In each section students learn about the Millikin campus, develop their academic skills, explore the value of diversity, and engage in ethical reasoning. This course begins students’ journey to achieve the Millikin mission of professional success, democratic citizenship, and a personal life of meaning and value. Note: This course is waived for Transfer students with 12 or more credits. This is generally 12 credits or more transfer credits completed post high school graduation.
