OL 344 - Leading into the Future Credit(s): 3 This course examines what will be needed for leaders and their organizations to survive in a future that promises to be fast-moving and turbulent in the global environment. Areas of focus include emerging leadership models, disruptive technologies, global workforce trends, and responding to change. Students will develop skills and knowledge to navigate this increasingly complex and uncertain future. The course blends theory with real-world applications, case studies, assessments, and simulations to prepare students for leading in dynamic environments. Prerequisite(s): EN 181 - University Writing - This course must be passed with a “C” or higher grade.
