MU 472 - Practicum in Piano Pedagogy

Students will teach a 45-minute weekly group lesson and a 30-minute weekly private lesson to average-age beginners under faculty supervision. A 50-minute weekly conference session will be held with the instructor to discuss lesson planning and teaching strategies. Lessons will be videotaped and critiqued throughout the semester.
