Quality Management is an overview of the evolving philosophy for continuous improvement of products, processes, and services to enhance quality while reducing cost and improving customer satisfaction. Concepts explored include continuous improvement philosophies and tools, statistical quality control techniques, service quality and Six Sigma improvement techniques.
Prerequisite(s): junior standing, MA 130 .
