MG 370 - Operations Management

A practical study of the concepts used to design, operate, and control a manufacturing or service process. The relationship between Operations Management and other disciplines within the organization is emphasized. Operations concepts explored include operations strategy, process design, planning of personnel and equipment, inventory management, supply chain management, and logistics.
Prerequisite(s): junior standing, MA 130 .
